Pricing questions
How does First Taste work?
A new workspace can try Scurry free for 14 days, once, without a card. When the trial ends without a purchase, the workspace moves to Nibble.
What happens when I downgrade?
The change takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted: links, bio pages, domains, and members over the new limits keep working, and you add more once you are under them.
Which currency do I pay in?
Indonesia pays in rupiah through Midtrans. Every other country pays in US dollars through Paddle. Plans can be bought once billing opens, after public sign-up.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of the first purchase for a workspace. Renewals and later purchases are not refunded unless the law requires it.
